I don't doubt that it is much easier for most of the users here.
I do avoid sending people to the terminal though in general. The average person will give you blank stares the 2nd you direct them to a terminal. It'll take 10x longer to walk them through anything. But... I suppose if your on a forum I'd consider you a technical user anyway.
