HTH, Dave
You should be able to play and manage your music with an app like
rhythmbox or exaile in trisquel. I have lots of music I copied from an
Itunes Music folder on an iMac, and it plays with no worries. None of
this music happens to have any sort of DRM, even the few albums
purchased on itunes. To move the music, I connected to the iMac, using
the 'network servers' item on the Trisquel desktop, browsed to the
actual folder containing the music, then just did a 'select all' and a
'copy' operation on the Trisquel side. Note: the Itunes library
indices are probably of no use on the Trisquel side. Rhythmbox will
make its own indices based on your files' tags.
