The quotation you stole :p from the comic strip, was related to making copies of compact discs. But, you are applying it to a model in which a zoo charges people for entry and a case where someone sneaked in without paying.
So, this does not really match the base statement in any way whatsoever.

Your model of zoo is analogous to a 'Subscription service' which makes user pay every month for using it. And the case of trespassing would be analogous to some using that 'service' without paying the subscription fees.

The quotation is about 'Digital data duplication', and your Model & Case are about 'SaaS'.

How can you equate 'Digital data duplication' with 'SaaS'?
SaaS is even worse that Standalone proprietary software. You dont even get a binary for your pounds.
