As I explained before, the only thing wrong with sneaking into a zoo (trespassing) is that you take up space or other resources that others could be using. Copying via your own means does no such thing; the only one who's resources get used are yours (e.g. your computer's processor time and hard drive space).

I don't think it would be wrong in the slightest to read information in a zoo through binoculars from some nearby tall structure. This is the closest thing to copying that can be done with a zoo and doing this does not take anything away from anyone.
