If you want to call it "unauthorized entry", that's fine by me but saying that they've somehow "stolen" the zoo merely by their entering it without authorization is beyond ridiculous. The zoo and all of its parts are still there after they've entered the facility and can be used and enjoyed by other people.

No one's saying that they shouldn't get into trouble and get kicked out of the zoo for entering without authorization. Prosecuting someone (which I assume you mean calling the police, dragging them to jail and later to court) because they didn't pay their $8 to enter the zoo seems a bit much. Any punishment should be proportional so kicking them out of the zoo and potentially banning them if it's a repeat offender seems like it would be more appropriate. Even that "Copying is not theft" video doesn't make the point that people shouldn't get into trouble for making copies. All that it says is that making a copy isn't a "theft." Nothing more. Equating making copies with stealing is propaganda designed to demonize copying and, unfortunately, too many people believe it because it's all they hear. We're trying to counter that.
