Went back and checked to make sure it was there, and it was. Still can't get
into Trisquel without hitting "e" and manually adding "acpi=off" to the
second-to-last line provided.
Still can't get the kernel to update either. Everything connected to 3.10.7
is installed in synaptic (but there's nothing with "generic" attached to it),
but the only option when I boot is 3.2.
Can't get nouveau to load either, and stuck in Vesa fallback.
I know I'm still fairly new to Linux, but I can't figure out why none of this
works.
