I didn't know if Gainward was a known brand in geography or not.  
We've all made the same sort of mistake.

An idea, if it is the card that's in question, would be to remove it, 
gently clean the contacts and reinstall it.  Inexpensive cards often 
have contacts that oxidize faster. All sorts of symptoms are 
possible. YMMV.
