Oh, gosh, no. On Windows there's no such thing as a broken package. On  
Windows you never have to worry about dependencies. On Windows you can  
install things easily without an Internet connection because of those  
dependencies. On Windows you don't depend on your distro's repositories being  
kept up-to-date. I maintain that Windows has better software management.
