Also, I think campaigning for "no JavaScript" would be a lot easier than  
"libre JavaScript with special tags so that a program can tell that it's  
libre". The latter is something that is only of interest to us; it has almost  
nothing to do with any practical interests. The former, though, applies to  
security, privacy, and accessibility as well, for example (especially  
security and privacy).
