[Trisquel-users] Verifying an iso image thru windows

Hello

I was reading in the download section that it is advised to check the MD5  
file against the downloaded iso, unfortunately I'm still running the big  
corporation software and there is no instructions on how to verify my

Does anyone know how to verify my download in windows?
