Hi,

For Windows you can download a free program called md5deep for verifying
the MD5 hash of the file. Their website is here:
http://md5deep.sourceforge.net/

and the download is here:
https://github.com/jessek/hashdeep/releases

(you need the .zip file for Windows)

Alternatively you can check the GPG file for the integrity and
authenticity of the file using a version of GnuPG for Windows:
http://www.gpg4win.org/
