Now you're just blatantly lying to people. I'll respond to your points.

1. What? You didn't ask me for help, and I never offered it.

2. But he is, in this area.

3. No, what you did was try to take me over, and then offer to "help" me. I responded to your offer with a link to wikipedia articles about people who had invented things during their life, who only later were exploited by people like you and taken for a ride, then discarded like old newspapers. Yes, my response was indeed cryptic.

4. I didn't say yes to anything, and you didn't offer any help at all. What you did was try to compete. Now, I have nothing wrong with competitors, but when the company in question has been highly critical of my work and my approach, then tries to copy it, that makes them a hypocrite, and a dishonest one at that. I don't work with such people, which is why I refused to cooperate with (read: give in to) you.

5. This isn't actually a problem. The fact that you did criticize it so much is irrelevant. The fact that you then tried to do the exact same thing is what annoyed me.

6. You wanted to put me out of business, and then offer to "support" me.

If I'm wrong, I'll apologize to you, but you gave pretty loud signals at the time that this is not the case. What you're doing now is lying to save face, which is even worse.
