The app store for iOS forbids libre software licenses, so anything in there  
is necessarily proprietary. The best you might be able to get from there is  
proprietary versions of programs that are usually libre. The only way to get  
a libre program running on iOS is by jailbreaking the system and finding the  
program from a third-party source.
