Are you referring to malicious PDF files that contain JavaScript?

I do not know which readers actually interpret such JavaScript. I guess it  
would be easy to have that feature in PDF.js but that does not mean it  
actually is implemented since it now is well-known that interpreting  
JavaScript inside a PDF file is a bad idea.
