Yes, the BoM does call the Bible in it's present form a tool of Satan?  This is word play.  BoM says this in a round about way.  Because I believe the Bible in it's present form Satan has great power over me.   This is the bottom line.
       I warn you against quarreling about words; it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen. 2 Tim. 2:14. 

It is God's word as far as it goes, just some missing

parts.  It obviously does a lot of good even with the missing parts, so
how can you call it a tool of Satan?  The BoM does not do that, neither
do I.
