Hi TTers.......My son Ross (8th grade----age 13) composed a poem for school yesterday
that I want to share with you, as I think it is something appropriate to ponder as we
approach 9/11.

 The Flag Speaks

I see a wooden bird, flown by two brothers, a triumph for America.

I see a flag, raised by proud soldiers, a triumph for America.

I see a man and a rocket on the moon, a triumph for America.

I see a signature, on a Declaration for Independence, another triumph for America.

I am a flag, a Star-Spangled Banner, a symbol of freedom, a triumph for America.
