Hey, Chris, have you come across any cures for Conspiracy-Theory-Hyperactivity? (Did I spell that right?)
 
Since you made that up I suppose any spelling you make up would be just fine.
 
I�d like to take whatever uppers you are on!
 
Start with 20-30 minutes daily on a trampoline.
 
Eat a diet that is very minimally processed.  Emphasize fresh foods ... low in protein, fat, and simple or refined carbohydrates ... high in complex carbohydrates ... variety is important.
 
Drink 16 ounces of water hourly between meals starting two hours after meals.
 
Take 4 TraceMin 74 at bedtime and one with each meal.
 
 
 
Take at least 300 micrograms of GTF Chromium daily (never more than 200 micrograms at one sitting).  Make sure it is FOOD chromium.  IMPORTANT:  chromium picolinate is a slow poison that should never be taken by anyone for any reason.
 
I also take one low-level B-Complex (from FOOD source OF COURSE!).
 
So, do you have a congregation, or do you just assist the ShepHErd at large?
 
I am overseer to a congregation.  I also assist The Great Shepherd at large as He directs me to others or directs others to me.
 
Also, I had to go to work today AND also got to sit at the computer AND also watched the lovely snow falling in both instances throughout most of the day.

Hmmm ... more insight into Izzy ... can't even copy down accurately what is right in front of her.  (She's mentioned her nurse training.  WHEW!  Could that explain some of those third leading cause of death medical/hospital errors we read so much about in the news these days?  98,000 annually is what the monstrous medicos of medicine ADMIT so it is could be much closer to the 300,000 that other activists cite.)

Never heard of that movement.  The term underShepherd is something I picked up from another almost a century ago.  Please note the lower case 'u' and upper case 'S'.

 

I am 'under' the Great 'Shepherd' of the sheep.  I tend those of His that He entrusts to me as He would do (and does).  My wife has said that I'm an Administrative Assistant to The Saviour.  That probably sums it up best of all.
