You know very well that it does NOT say "continue in sin," but you explain it away by pointing out how another verse in the third chapter does say "continue in sin." Nevertheless, I don't have a problem with you saying that Christians do not continue in sin or do not continue to sin. I don't see the difference between saying that and saying that those born of God do not sin. I don't think the apostle John saw much difference either because he said it both ways in the same book. So why do you pick on me and not pick on the apostle John for being imperfect? What good does it do for you or for me to keep berating me for being imperfect? Peace be with you.
