Judy: Probably so and this is
really sad. If the average
christian were walking in the Spirit and doing
the works
of Jesus, ppl would be drawn to them as they
were to him.
Jesus went to the sinners. BUT sinners come (drawn)
to you. you have it backwards.
Judy: No Kevin you have it backwards, Jesus did not
go
looking for sinners; the people came to hear him and
they
followed him so that once he had to teach from a
boat -
and at least twice huge crowds stayed for three
days and
when they would not leave he miraculously fed
them.
Kevin: The apostles traveled the world looking for sinners.
Go YE into all the world and PREACH the gospel. So your
life preaches? it does not say DRAW all the world and LIVE
the gospel.
Judy: Here we go with the "so called
logic" again.
Kevin: You have funny doctrine, the Spirit taught you
this? Then what is the difference between you and a LDS
recieving spiritual guidance thru revelation?
Judy: All spiritual revelation is not spurious Kevin -
there is a
real. How are you walking after the spirit or even
understanding
God's Word aside from the ministry of the Holy Spirit?
It's me
who has the funny doctrine Kevin? Who was
it who said "The
works I do shall you do also and greater works than these shall
ye do because I go to the
Father?" Are you doing the works of
Jesus Kevin or are you hung up in your specialty of
rebuking?
Are you freely giving to
these pitiful and despised sinners as
you have received from the
Lord yourself? Do you heal the sick,
cast out their demons, and demonstrate the love of Christ to
them?
Judy
