Hi Terry, In regards to what you wrote below.  Bill had asked Lance to write a quick note to the group about his internet connection trouble.  I spoke to Lance that night and told him I would send the note to the group so that no one thought Bill was evading the question.  I promptly forgot and let Bill down.  I apologize.
