John, I’m not talking about “inspired inspiration”    [inspired interpretations   ??]—that’s what the authors of the Bible had.  I’m talking about just plain understanding what it says. Izzy The veil is torn away,  we undersstand in increasing measure as we grow in Christ.  God reveals through the maturation process.  John   I can certainly agree with you on that one, John.  You can also understand scripture accurately on several different levels, from the superficial meaning, to the deeper meaning, to the deepest meaning.  His Word is inexhaustible in dept of meaning. But the deeper meanings do not negate the truth of the less deep meanings.  (I know this sounds dumb, but I hope you get my drift.) Izzy
