You find nothing of this kind in my writings, or, dare I say, Lance or Jonathan. The problem with your view of "our" thinking is that it is not based on the facts of what we say but on the assumptions of who we are -- soemthing that you cannot know but express anyway. But that begs the point. David's question and David's explanation have nothing to do with each other IMO. So what do we do -- move on.
