I see the Trinitarian concept merely a way to try to understand the Hand of God in our/the world's life.   I have often thought the same thing myself.  Glad to hear it from someone else.  I don’t think there will be a test on the Trinity at heaven’s gate.  Nobody completely “gets it”.  We just accept the concept as a way of “seeing through a glass darkly”.  Kind of like me and math.  I know enough to get by, and that’s all I really need.
