I believe the 'thrust' of this post had more to do with 'compassion fatigue' than with what you wrote on.

I resigned from the Salvation Army women�s auxiliary after they compromised in San Francisco on the gay issues.  I found it showed a basic flaw in what was most important to them; money over principle. Izzy
