Good description. Qualifications?
I answered this in a post that may have been lost. My computer did the funk as I was sending the post. If it doesn't show up, I will repost my answer. I will say that "qualifications" speak to me of "legal code" or "standards written in stone." Since the only law is the rule of God Himself in our lives, my answer will be from that truth.
