Hi Kevin;   The key to this verse is to recall the times when God's wrath abideth on us. The times when God was angry with us like the time He was angry with Miriam and gave her leprosy and said it was like being spat in the face by her father. The last few times when God was angry with you, did you consider yourself a Christian? Were you a believer or had you rejected Him? We read the texts of one another similarly. Other that saying:: 'you are of your father, the devil', how are we to account for and insofar as is possible, rectify this?   jt: Not everyone on TT does this Lance,  I for one don't always write AMEN when I agree, I just rejoice that a brother or sister is posting Truth in balance and in context (there are those two words again) I say we should just tell it like it is.
