Can't speak for DavidM on this but ...
What we can know for sure is that Paul Hill was a Churchgoer and if he was
ex-communicated he must have violated some sense of order at his home Church.
He died a murderer and we know from scripture that murderers DO NOT inherit
God's Kingdom.  jt
