I endeavor to choose my words wisely. What would give one the Authority to Redefine the chosen words to fit their limited understanding of the "context" ?
Words convey meaning, words are important!
Do you also change words to fit your liking on legal contracts? That is why legal contracts need to sew shut every loop hole to pin down the slippery among us. Even the Terms used in the contract must be defined, not to make them better understood but to pin down those shifty characters, who will try to change the terms of the contract to their advantage.
I doubt that those that modify the WORDS are doing so to help form a better understanding. You know FULL well what WRATH means, & that is exactly the problem!

JDI don't see Jesus leaving any admonition about history, culture, and Word Studies in order to understand the meaningof His Word. He sent the Holy Spirit to give us understanding. I don't know what Kevin's response will be but I see the above qualifiers as an excuse to make the Word of God say what you want it to and conform it to strange and different doctrines rather than receive the "faith once delivered to the saints". jtIn a message dated 4/14/2005 4:36:24 AM Pacific Daylight Time, [EMAIL PROTECTED] writes:
Does the "context" of your writings demand that we REDFINE your words also?
