I'm not talking about John's baptism.  The apostles of Christ started 
baptizing people before Christ's crucifixion.  In fact, before John the 
Baptist was arrested and killed, the disciples of John were a little 
concerned about the fact that Jesus was baptizing more people than John was. 
Isn't it possible that this man may have believed and been baptized, then 
later was arrested and crucified?  I have met people in prison who had come 
to believe upon the Lord but then ended up in jail for past sins.  I just 
find it strange how people automatically assume with all certainty that this 
criminal was never baptized.  It certainly is possible that he was never 
baptized, but I don't think there is any degree of certainty about it.
