DAVEH:   I do know know how you perceive the difference, but would be most interested to hear your perspective.  From an LDS perspective, they are very closely related.....perhaps too close to distinguish.

I don't have a problem with the idea of man becoming like and one with God. 
I do have a problem with the idea of man becoming God.  Do you understand 
the difference?
