Why am I not surprised?  This is all so circular and one just feeds upon another.

I'd like to know just what target it is 'right on'  Since there is no economic trinity in

scripture these fellows may need their pipes cleaned.  One can not know God on

any other but His terms.  He hides Himself from some and reveals Himself to others.

My former professor T. F. Torrance argued that if God as revealed to us through the Son is not identical with

God in his eternal being, then we introduce mythology into our epistemology. Our theological language as

well as our theology of atonement rests upon the economic trinity having ontological correspondence with

the immanent trinity. Complicated and somewhat abstract theological jargon, but essential to our knowledge

of God!
