Lance, why do you try so hard to make me look like the village idiot? :-) First off, let me point out that I have probably quoted more from the church fathers and have pasted more of their writings on TruthTalk than any other TruthTalk member. Secondly, I have pointed out in the past that these are NOT "RCC" church fathers. I do not consider the Roman Catholic Church to have come into being until about 1054 A.D. The "RCC" have no more claim to the church fathers than the Eastern Orthodox churches do. They belong to all of us who follow the Christian tradition.
