The question is whether that is all he is. Does he actually have any power? You think the lack of the word "dunamis" in this passage means that he does not. Do you then accept that if another passage ascribes dunamis to him, that he does have power? 2 Thessalonians 2:9 (9) Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power [dunamis] and signs and lying wonders, See Rev. 13:2 also about the dunamis of the dragon.
