cd*: While I agree with you on the spiritual there does remain a phyical
health aspect of holding the spiritual-Feed a dog pork without cooking
it and you will see the bad results. Eating a lot of shrimp can lead to
cancer. The offered sacrifices had to be cooked and the blood drained as
God directed in the torah-there are many blood born diseases David. The
spirual and phyical are linked.

cd*: If one is to purge "out every trace of sin" why would you hold the
sabbath in a low reguard? We need the spiritual rest to reflect upon
heaven/God and the phyical rest for our bodies.

cd*: I see a warning of not falling away and those that do will not enter
His rest due to a hard heart. Warning against sin as God sees all. Our
Great High Priest will help us who can sympathize with our weakness-so we
need to draw near. David I believe you need to be more specific-where in
Hebrew 4 does ti state we can keep the sabbath as a spiritual day of rest
but not a phyical day of rest.

Cd*: I get accused of sin often while on the streets but that does not
make it true. It is as if they can find fault in me the they can justifly
thier many sins-but I do not dance to their music and nor did Jesus or Paul
(ie. Blamless under the law). The fact remains that Jesus had no sin upon
Him-including His keeping of the Sabbath. He instructed those who would
hear that there are things one must do on the sabbath such as works of
piety-preaching-and other things that cannot be done another day and must
be done on the Sabbath (ie. Friday beginning at dusk[evening] to Saturaday
ending at dusk[evening]). It is a commandment after all and I see no
"liberal" reason to ignor the sabbath law-Both Christ and Paul were
preaching/going to the synagogues on the sabbath (ie.see Bible:-).
