I think that members should be people or companies that are active in
Tryton, independently from their financial contributions.
I believe that donors are just donors. We can have a "contributors"
page and put them there, but they should not belong to the foundation
members just because they put money. This is very dangerous.

I would go one step further, we should have the right evaluate the
donors and  even deny a donation depending upont the entity that makes
the donation, no matter how big it is. It's all about ethics.
