I found a major glitch in the php5 packaging the other day.. which 
finally answers why pear is so broken in tsl packages. I commented on 
the pear bug in bugzilla, and if someone takes a couple seconds one day 
to read it, the php package should get fixed soon :P .. and that affects 
TSL 2.2, not just TSL 3
