Most of this work is done by infra/Joe, it is more a "please do this
now" <wait> "has that already been done" <wait> "could that please be
done" <wait> "thanks for doing" process.
Getting a zone for turbine is possible, once it is TLP, but mailing
lists, svn etc will be handled by infra.
