The JCS is a third generation system. I have a completely stable version of
a very similar cache running in production with most of the same features.
The JCS is a major revision but is built on the same foundation. I've been
trying to get it closer to JCACHE without introducing too many bugs. I'm
ironing out some kinks right now.

I have 5 relatively minor things to do before I'll be satisfied:

1. Optimize the element attribute class, with is a simple matter that I've
been putting off.

2. Get any bugs out of the group attribute list that I might have introduced
recently.

3. Test the disk purgatory a little harder.

4. Finish the last few steps of clustering and remote failover.

5. Clean out a few unused classes relating to remote server clustering.

I'll keep you updated on my progress.

Aaron

2 years is impressive.

I would start using such a service immediately.
