Questions

I have some questions about opl and turbine..

1) Is the plan for OPL to replace the use of village everywhere in
turbine?

2) Is there a DTD someplace for what the XML schema would look like?  

3) Is the XML schema going to be optional with a data dictionary
implemented as tables in the DB as an alternative?

I guess that's it for now.
