I think the reason no work has been done on is YOUR FAULT JON, awhile back
there was a lengthily discussion about how the services worked and where
going to be changed. You took the stance to reject the new change with the
promise that you had something better. Well that was more two month ago Jon
and nothing! In order for OPaL to move forward, George and myself decided to
wait for the new service model, that has yet to materialized, before moving
on so that we did not have to do something twice. So the question "can we
make turbine extensions more pluggable?" could be read as "can we make
turbine extensions more pluggable..." <so that we can move on and finish
OPaL>

First, the code is not in a "mess" it is solid code thanks to George, in
fact you should be thankful to George for getting it to where it is. Second,
"...Don't like it jon? It is OSS so fix it yourself :)..."!
