This is a good idea.  BaseWebMacro, BaseFreeMarker, and BaseJsp screens do
the same thing.  We just haven't had a need to do this with the core modules
up to this point.

I'm +1 for adding build* and doBuild* methods to all the modules at once and
deprecating build()
