While we're on the topic of adding build* and doBuild* methods it seems that
the same thing could be done in WebMacro, FreeMarker, Cocoon, and JSP
screens.

TemplateScreen extends Screen and has buildTemplate() and doBuildTemplate()
BaseFreeMarkerScreen, BaseWebMacroScreen, BaseJspScreen, etc extends
TemplateScreen and overrides doBuildTemplate()

Thoughts?
