When we were oringally talking about adding buildScreen(), doBuildScreen(),
etc we would have been able to deprecate build().  But since we want to use
the names build() and doBuild() we can't really deprecate a method that has
only been redefined (as Chris mentioned).

That's why I was asking if we should go that route and force people to
change to doBuild() and doPerform().  I think we should.  Other options?
