I agree. I have seen this bug. My solution to that for now is: don't do
that. :-)

I actually think that this is a bug in JServ but I haven't been able to
track it down for quite some time. Feel free to try to fix it. :-)

As I said...that code has been totally re-written...it isn't a case any
longer.
