Unfortunately, the problem may still be there even in the rewrite. I 
would still like someone to try this out to confirm the problem. I 
think it has to do with the fact that DynamicURI's constructed with 
the redirect flag=true do not work with cookies disabled on virtual 
hosts...

I admin.AddUser is just one place where DynamicURI( true ) is 
currently used in the code...
