I looked at the OID class and it does not appear finished.  A
PersistentObject has an OID attribute, but I'm guessing this is never really
used?  I do not see anywhere else in the code that sets the OID's
attributes.  Sorry to ask for help locating the key generation code, but I
got sidetracked with the OID stuff and did not see it.  Where should I
start?
