If ( WM == SPL || GPL) then Turbine would have to drop WM from distribution
from *.apache.org.
The fact that we haven't made an official release and Justin has ok'd us
using it for now has us somewhat covered.
That doesn't mean the WM stuff couldn't be distributed from somewhere else.

I'm in the same hole as you right now, so don't worry, I promise to find a
solution even if it means hiring someone to clean room WM.
