The main difference in MPL is that if you as a developer want your
contributions added to the open source product, you are giving a company
(I.e. Netscape) the authority to release those additions under any other
license they choose.  IBM has a similar license and Sun may also.

No.  I believe the GPL proponents are somewhat worried about the ASP model
and are looking to modify the license to better account for it.

That might be a good idea if you have plans to distribute your product and a
GPL license is not suitable.  Make sure you are able to deal with the
frustration though.  I do not know if Justin has any set license fees or if
they are negotiated case by case.  And if they are negotiated, be prepared
for some strange requirements.
