Now it looks great :-) Note that it should be scaled a bit down. I don't believe a shadow fits in? What is the font type used within the Jetspeed logo - we could also use the same? Maybe this form could develop into a theme that can be adopted by other java.apache.org projects? (Those that do not yet have one.)
