The problem is that our voting rules don't directly apply to design
decisions (which are very personal). It would be better to have -10 all
the way to +10. I would say make the decision jon and as long as no
greater than 50% -1 than we should go for it. Of course I am +1. I
will use it in the Jetspeed docs along with a Cocoon and Tomcat logo :)
